VialWish provides digital tools for entertainment, self-reflection, and symbolic exploration. The "divinations," "readings," and "insights" provided are generated through random or symbolic algorithms. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. We provide no guarantees regarding the accuracy or efficacy of the insights provided.

3. User Responsibility

You agree to use the site for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for any content (such as wishes or text inputs) you enter into our interactive tools. We do not monitor user inputs, but we encourage a spirit of positivity and respect.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The design, layout, custom graphics, and original content of VialWish are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or modify any part of the site for commercial purposes without our express written permission. You are, however, welcome to share personal screenshots of your divination results for non-commercial use.

5. Limitation of Liability

VialWish and its creators shall not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the services on VialWish. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you for accessing the site (which is currently free).

6. Third-Party Assets

We use certain open-source libraries and fonts (Tailwind CSS, jQuery, Lucide Icons, Google Fonts). These are the property of their respective owners and are used under their respective licenses.

7. Governing Law

Any claim relating to VialWish shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operators of the site reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
